This is a high end camper with a large bathroom, walk in shower, large wrap around dinette table that converts to a bed. The large slide out provides plenty of floor and kitchen space. Sofa in the front, which folds down and allows the queen size bed to fold out. Also enjoy the outdoors in style with the outdoor kitchen. It comes stocked with basic kitchenware, (cups, dishes, silverware, utensils, coffee pot, and a few pans) TV, stereo, ducted AC, propane heater, and propane water heater.

It is an easy tow for most half-ton pickups, but not recommended to be towed with anything smaller than a half-ton-sized truck or SUV. Make sure your tow vehicle has at least a class 3 hitch with a 2” ball 18” to 21” above the ground, and a 7 wire round light plug. You must have a trailer brake controller to pull this camper per Texas Law and for safety reasons. If you do not have a brake controller, I can provide a wireless controller for an additional add-on fee.

Linens and towels are not included in the base price but can be added for an additional fee. There is no mileage fee and out-of-state travel is allowed, but special conditions apply for out-state travel.
